Outstanding landmark residence "The Breakers" at Kilcare Heights on the NSW Central Coast. One of the most iconic buildings in the area. Another one of our older projects, but well worthy of inclusion in our portfolio.

A very challenging project for discerning clients and designed by well known local architect John McKinney. The residence incorporates soaring 45° roof-lines covered with shingle tiles imported from Europe. Built on the cliff top overlooking Kilcare Beach and the Pacific Ocean and with spectacular views and across to Sydney's Palm Beach, Lion Island & beyond. Have a look at the slideshow on the left, which shows the full construction cycle from a bare block of land to the magnificent completed residence. Part of the overall construction brief was a " backless" horizon pool built on the edge of a sheer cliff, which creates the illusion of the pool water merging into the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. |

Testimonial by Robert M. Gregg:
"To whom it may concern.
An architect designed residence was constructed for me in Macdonald Road, Kilcare by Wayne Wheeler and his crew.
I still own this property and ten years after construction it is in fantastic shape, and there have been minimal problems apart from normal normal wear & tear.
I was tremendously satisfied with the workmanship and devotion to this project demonstrated by Mr Wheeler, and would certainly utilise his services again.
Should any person wish to have verbal confirmation of this reference they can call me on XXXXXXXX during business hours.
Yours faithfully,
R.M. Gregg"
