We are based on the beautiful NSW Central Coast and these days we only concentrate our efforts in this area, but our range of service has previously extended from the Upper Hunter area to southern Sydney & beyond, depending on current work loads. Ours is a small local family business, but we have previously taken on major projects as far afield as Thredbo, Bathurst and Copeton Dam with great outcomes. It's all good!

Wayne Wheeler (Lic'd Builder #219063C) trading as BuildFlex, and always accompanied by the great BuildFlex Team. Many of the Pole Homes on this site were built some years ago by Wayne Wheeler under his trading name in the 1990's of Practical Pole Homes, based in West Gosford. All in all, there are not many that can match Wayne's experience as a Builder for new residential houses, extensions, renovations and commercial works.
What we offer our clients is simply unmatched experience, versatility and integrity.

Some of the projects shown on this site were completed from the perspective of a singularly long and varied career, and a few jobs from before we were known as BuildFlex. However, we still have mostly the same management, tradesmen and expertise that was utilised on each of these unique jobs.
